Dash Toggle lights S90-V90 1997

I have a small but perplexing problem. Last night, one of the two times I've driven my newly acquired V90, I noticed that several of the dash toggles as main headlight switch is not lighted. A few are, which leads me to believe all should be lighted. All functions are operable.

Yesterday, I had to have the shifter light replaced as part of the state's safety inspection for newly registered cars. I know they were under the console, but not sure were else they may have worked.

Since I've driven this only once before in darkness, I can't unequivically remember what was working and what was not. But I do remember testing the fogs at night and and certainly didn't notice that one toggle was light (front) and the rear was not. Those that are not lighted include the rear fog toggle, headlight , sunroof ,and central lock swtiches.
