vibration question 700 1985

Bricksters, I recently had a clutch job done on my 1985 740 gle with m46 tranny @ 193k ( I believe original clutch).
I've read here that if the drive shaft isn't marked and aligned properly there will be vibrations on the re-installation.
Are these vibrations at all speeds?
Does it increase at higher revolutions?
Is it easily differentiated from the need for high speed wheel alignment/balancing?

I had motor mounts and trans mount replaced at the same time as the clutch.

Thanks
Worried (Mark)
