A continuation of my long puzzler post 10-12-02.
While using Bentley to diagnose a hard start/no start '84 B21FT, I tested the blue (+) wire for the CPR. I have no juice there...using an old harness, I discovered that it goes to the j-block on the passenger side. Testing it there gave me the same results...no power. Does this blue wire go directly to the fuel system relay?. Should I have power there while cranking, or just when the key is in the on position? If I have juice there with relay hooked up, but not at the other end, is the wire broken someplace? WTF?
