replacing bearing for driveshaft procedure and time estimate 200 1986

What would be the normal time a properly equipped machanic should take to replace the center bearing and the donut support on a 1986 240 wagon? Is two hours enough? Also can one remove the front half of the shaft only and leave the rear half-shaft attached to the differential.

I am getting the spare parts. Can anyone comment on the durability of Scan Tech bearings compared to Volvo's? What I have now is Volvo's but it it noisy and just about gone after only 25000 miles
