To convert to power windows or not? 200 1980

Hello every one. I need your help once again. my driverside window will not roll up or down. But i do know where i can gat two door for a dirtcheap price. My only question is, how were the power windows on a 1981 242? thats what the would be coming off of. How hard would it be to wire them up to my 1980 242 DL? And would the power door locks work as well?
