Remote Key Fob Question 900 1996

Hi,

I recently purchased a second remote key fob on ebay. When I purchased my 960 the previous owner only had one. They both work perfectly, BUT, if you program one it cancels out the other. I have gone back and forth and tried doing both at the same time...think my timing may be a wee bit off. haha Only one will work at a time.

Is there any trick to getting both programmed to work? It's not a crisis, but I would like to give my *better half* a working remote. And not being able to get them both working is making me grumpy. :-)

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
