200 auto tranny removal & install...how difficult? 200

I'm an 1800ES man myself but am thinking of taking on this 200 tranny swap for a friend and to make a little cash. It's an automatic and I don't know auto trannies at all. A conversion to manual would not be out of the question...or would it? I've changed manual transmissions before and have ten years experience with my 1800es but am not sure how much that will help me. In your estimation, can I, with my limited knowledge, get this done in a reasonable amount of time? Would a conversion make things easier or more difficult? Any insight you could give would be great. Thanks.
