I'm no expert.

Are the floorpans solid? Wow!

As I read it, it had a major accident early in it's life: "08/09/1991Information Source:
North Carolina Police Report Raleigh, NC Accident Reported Involving left side impact or collision"

I'd guess around 20,000 miles and it's been repaired by anything from the best body shop in town to Bobbie-Jo who straightened the chassis with a length of chain, two trees and a come-along. Who knows?

But if the chassis were badly bent and it had a tremendous appetite for tires it probably wouldn't have gone on to do nearly 20k/year. It's been running on a salvage title for maybe the last 180,000 miles. If the price is right and it passes muster from your trusted Volvo mechanic, why not?

You're a more compulsive man (or woman) than most to have bothered to run a Car-Fax on something that's 11 years old with 200k on the clock.
