pulsing steering wheel under acceleration 700 1992

We have a 1992 Volvo 740(non-turbo) automatic wagon with 140K on the odometer. It seems as thought the steering wheel pulses under acceleration especially uphill. We don't carry any heavy loads except three kids. I hear no whining from the rear end and the transmission fluid is fine. Any help is greatly appreciated! Additionally, the front brakes pulse and this is after putting on new rotors and one new caliper. Thanks, Chris Chris@Southbury.com
