When I close the door - the toilet flushes.. 700 1990

Well, not quite, but close. My '90 740 is having an odd problem. At night I turn on the headlights, no problems, but when I use the turn signal not only do the turn lishts blink, but the windshield wipers also start!

The only way to get them to stop is to turn off the headlights, take out the wiper fuse, or turn off the ignition, all of them not a good option.

How do I go about fixing this correctly?
