122 Heater Blower Motors

Today I decided it was time to take a look at the Blower in my 122 as it had ceased working and had been grinding and making other frightening noises for quite a while. My car is Canadian made back in 1965 and had the "Outie" bump over the blower motor, which I have seen on no other 122 so far ... most have an indented "Innie" cover. When I got the motor out I found stamped into the motor casing "ELECTROLUX A.B." .... soooo I leaped into "Ole Reliable" and ran downtown to my friendley neighbourhood "ELECTROLUX VACUUM CLEANER" repair man .... and he is taking a shot at rebuilding the motor for me. I'll let you know how he makes out ... BTW it also helps that he happens to be a "CAR NUT" too ;-)
