where to get the crank holding tool (for removing crank bolts) on B230???

I need to know where I can get the crank holding tool necessary to stabilize the crankshaft while removing the crankshaft bolt. Volvo has it, but it costs ~ $70. The FAQ mentions a price closer to $50.

I've scrolled through the archives, but I haven't found any good parts sources. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Is this tool really worth the $70???

thanks.
