My car is a 745T with 1031 rear axle housing. The ratio is 3.54 (manual xmsn). This 4X4 shop handn't done a Volvo before, but they were very competent and quite up to speed on the differences in rear ends. The owner had to return the first TrueTrac to his supplier because it wouldn't fit in a 1031 rear axle with a 3.54 ratio (but it would have fit a Dana 30 or Volvo 1030). The TrueTrac he installed was listed for the 3.73 ratio Dana 30 axle. There are at least two different TrueTrac assemblies for the Dana 30, and the part used is based on the ratio. I can supply you with the part number used in my car, it just isn't at my fingertips. If you need it, please reply again.

I did my business locally instead of buying mail order. If I had bought mail order, the TrueTrac would have cost me $50 more (without shipping) and I would have had to sort through the fit problems and returned the first unit, etc.
