Calling all diesel heads 700

That is #6.
You can get a new Bosch injector from www.gapa.com for about $48
I would go with new over rebuilt.
They will usually rebuild the things at a diesel injection shop for about $35 or so...IF the pintle is OK, if not , the price that they will tack on for the pintle will bring that rebuilt injector to over $100 ( and you won't know until you get the bill...ouch).

You can't properly rebuild it yourself without the equipment to calibrate it.
Do check the rubber return line first for leaks( if it is old , and has been pulled off and pushed back on for any reason, it is probably leaking)
Also try loosening the feed line fitting and retightening. sometimes the things just vibrate a little loose.
