B21FT -> B230 Intake Mani Swap Qs 200

Hi
how ya doing? Good I hope.

I am swapping over to the B230 manifold style on my Turbo 240.
Looking back I would have done things differently, but that is besides the point now.

I am using Stu Spencers swap page for most of the information on how to do this correctly.

How does one seperate the halves of the TPS (throttle position sensor) ?

Is the throttle body supposed to seal totally? I see a ring of light around the outside edges of the butterfly where it mates to the housing when the throttle is closed?

Best way to bend the metal fuel lines for the fuel injectors? Some of the ones I have on my car are not in the best place.

One of my AC lines is in the way of the new tubing, have contemplated cutting it, as I dont have AC charge or a condensor. I would prefer to move it or remove, but if I try to move it to the non turbo location, it doesnt seem to want to stay there. thoughts?

thanks
take care
Luke
