Gosh, Matt, your flattery overwhelms me!

Also the comment about the bass - I've been playing it ever since I got it
from the Army Property Disposal Office in Panama in 1980. I'd had a
guitarón before (looks strange but sounds great with bluegrass) before -
I thought I sold it when I left San Antonio for Panama in 1971 but I guess
I gave it away - the recipient never coughed up the $25 to pay me for it.

I s'pose if things get bad enough the bass would work for firewood.
The neck is fairly solid.......
