I need to sell a '75 164e that I put some cash into! Plese help! 140-160

I bought a '75 164e with 72k in April from the original owner's grand daughter. (I've found some oil change receipts and such things like that which seem to indicate that these miles are original, and the odometer didn't turn over.) I even have the sales receipt. The daughter and her kids drove her for about 3 months after the old broad keeled over, rubbed some gook on a crack in the trans, and sold it to me. I didn't find this out until 2-days later (I'm currently in court over this). So $1800 later, I had a rebuilt trans. I have also put on new Cooper tires, replaced the rear shocks, added some IPD overload springs on the rear, installed and entire new exhaust system from the headers to the tailpipe, installed a Sony cassette deck, 6 1/2" Cerwin Vega component speakers in the front with pioneers in the back, and a 10-disc changer (I was commuting. It's low-key). The engine has a new fuel pressure regulator (bill came to $400 with some other minor things), and has had the water temp. sensor replaced. The front seats are torn, but the back are perfect, as are the door panels and carpet. Some black leather 240 seats would fit perfectly (my next project). The car runs like a champ on the highway. I drove it from Pittsburgh to Florida (and back) this summer without a hitch. With a little engine work by someone who knows this fuel injection system, I have no doubts this car would run like new. The rear driver's wheel well is rusted through, and needs to be replaced. The paint on the roof and hood is faded. There are one or two other minor rust spots. Otherwise, THIS CAR IS SOLID. Being a graduate student, I don't have the time or know-how to make this a great car. Anyone know of someone who wants a good restoration project, or just a great daily driver, for about $1500, who would come pick this up in Pittsburgh? I have to commute everyday, and this car just isn't what I need. But, being that she's a 164 (one of the most underated cars), I can't seem to sell her. Thanks for any tips or responses, PA Ed
