Help.. Droped washer down intake manifold 200

Ok, here's the story. Purchased a non-running car with a b21f engine.

Tow it home. Start looking for a problem, hmmm interesting found the throttle switch not hooked up, and hooked up a couple of vacuum lines. Got the engine to run (YEAH). But the fuel distributor was leaking badly. Went to a u-pullit to get fuel lines and injectors.

HERE'S THE PROBLEM.
I pull the intake manifold off (like I have done several times before) as I was removing the intake a washer falls down into the intake manifold hole, falling on the valve/piston (not sure which can visually see the washer from the intake hole). The valve was open, which could allow the washer to roll on top of the piston.

How can I extract the washer?

If the washer is on the piston, can I access the top of the piston through the spark plug? Or the exhaust manifold?


Tomorrow I’m going to get a mirror to see if it’s on the side of the valve I can't see.
