You should read my post from this forum last summer about changing heater hoses on 240s. I think they're pretty simple--not to say that they COULDN'T present a problem! If the car has EGR it can make it a little tighter, but usually it's pretty straightforward.

Although, it might be easier if you're 5'9" and 135#.
