765t leaking oil question 700 1989

I recently switched to synthetic oil because of all the benefits I have seen listed. Of course by doing that I seem to have cleaned out some gunk that was keeping oil in the engine. The one that disturbs me the most (the one I plan to tackle first) seems to be occurring just below the first spark plug to the front of the car. Oil is leaking down onto the exhaust manifold and smoking just a little bit. I took a look at it and that seems to be where the oil lines for the turbo run. I'm thinking I need to replace the o-rings and gaskets on the supply and return line. Am I correct in my assumption that is what is located beneath that first spark plug?

Thanks!
Eric
