FIRST TIME ON THE FORUM! It's awesome.

Hey, My driver's side DOOR LOCK is busted. I looked inside and it's missing some sort of a snap-on lock washer with "teeth" pointing inwards. This fits over a nipple that hold an arm mechanism that moves UP and DOWN when you try and open, close, or lock the door. I am missing this washer!

Does anyone know anything about this washer or a replacement?
I don't want to JBWELD this thing together...

HELP ME! My door is useless!
