help- I've been had! 960 porosity repair? 900 1992

Introduce a small dia plastic hose through the rubber hose leading to the block from the bottom of coolant res. Go down into the block Syphon out about a gallon or five qts. Slow job but you don't have to disconnect anything. Mix a quart or two of new 50% coolant with two thirds of a tube of powdered aluminum "alumaseal" or "world's best" stopleak. This comes in a clear plastic tube about the size of a shotgun shell. Shake well. Pour mixture slowly into the block using a funnel and the little tube. THis will get all the goodie into the block. Refill then to match volume removed. You may have to squeeze hoses or bleed. Drive a bit and top up. Run the heater control at various positions

Do not use other than the powder. Hope it has not been stopleaked before.
