How to remove camshaft and intermediate shaft pulleys 200 1993

This weekend I will be doing the radiator, water pump, timing belt, tensioner, and front seals. I have already received tool # 5284 from baum tools for removing the crank bolt, are there any special procedure for removing the intermediate shaft and camshaft bolts??
