Relay Identification? 200 1978

My son is in Florida with our 1978 242GT, and now it won't start, just cranks, no firing. The fuel pumps do not seem to be running during cranking (tested by listening closely, and placing hand on external pump). Fuse #7 is good, and all fuses look dry and non-corroded.

I suggested he look at the fuel pump relay as a possible cause. He sees two relays on the driver's side. One is black, 6 terminals, eight wires, made by Hella, and dated 1977. The black relay was sort of hanging above the left foot position.

The other relay is green, 6 terminals, 6 wires, dated 2000, and Volvo part 898160 3523639. The green relay is close to the steering wheel.

Can anyone tell us which is the fuel pump relay? And what is the other one?

He found a loose white/black stripe wire that looks like it should go into the black relay and he is struggling to re-insert it. Could this wire cause the no-start?

Thanks.
