Supercharging a B20E ?????

i have had a few replies to other messages and every one says i can get all the power i need out of a b20 motor.
if so what do i need to do and what sort of cost are we looking at??
i have a good B20E motor in a '72 142s at the moment.
people say supercharging is the best way to go.
is it??
