Old green fog light switch- wiring question 200 1990

I have a 1990 240. I purchased some PIAA foglights to install. I wanted a Volvo fog light switch so I found a old 75-80 solig green fog light switch. How do you get the switch to light up? I have only the switch. What kind of bulb fixture do I need to make it work? Is it an external bulb and socket combo that you plug into the back of the switch or is there a buldb inside of the switch? Please advise.
