plus one more I forgot

Forgot to mention the 16-valve 740GLE & 940GLE that were available from 1989-1991. They use a DOHC version of the B230 and put out about 153hp w/no turbo. But, they are interference designs, so you have to change the timing belt religiously because if it breaks while the engine is running the valves and pistons will attempt to occupy the same space simultaneously.

Some people seem to think the B234 (16-valve engine) is less durable than the B230, but when it comes down to it what they don't like is the possibility for engine damage if the t-belt blows. Keep on top of that and they're good cars.
