Where is the wiper relay located? 200 1985

Wipers do not work on intermittent. Sometimes will not shut off at all and run in both off and intermittent. I have changed the motor (put the old slow one back in) and the problem stayed. The motor was just changed out two weeks ago. Suspect the Wiper Relay or the wiring around it.

Where the heck is it? Any ideas what else to check.
