940 Heated Seats Not working

First place to root around is under the seats.
A lot of times its just the 2- wire plug (red + black) under each seat that got unplugged.
If that IS plugged in, or plugging it doesn't make it work, then you've got to dig a little deeper to find the thermostat buried in the center of the upholstery (put seat fully UP and look with small mirror and flashlight if needed). The wires sometimes get pulled off this thing- it's a 1/2 inch diameter cylinder with 2 wires on it, jammed up into the seat foam from the bottom.
Good luck!
