Do stock 240 turbos have water cooled or oil cooled turbos? 200

Hi I have a 245 turbo intercooler and I was wondering what type of turbo I have. I looked at it and there is an oil cooler and that makess me think its oil cooled. Then I was looking at the hoses coming from the turbo and I think they lead to the radiator hose. Whats the deal? Did I just get mixed up following the hoses or what.
