rear wiper arm 200 1991

Where could I find a tailgate wiper arm for cheap? I am looking for a new or used one in good condition with ZERO rust or corrosion. I tried repainting mine, but the paint just decided to unstick itself... and oh well... either buy a used one, or get the thing sand blasted and painted at a professional shop.

I tried volvoworld, and they only have the arm for -89... nothing newer... the older arms are thinner, and not made for the 16" wiper blade.
