correct torque (lbs/foot) for crank, I , and cam shafts?

I am replacing my t-belt (still) and am finally at the point where I am reinstalling everything. What is the correct torque for the crank, I , and cam shaft bolts. I looked through the FAQ and couldn't find it. I know this has been discussed before but I can't find it. (Should go into FAQ)
