765 Turbo Alternator Ground 700

The saga approaches the end...

The blue wire (with a red sleeve) from alternator ground goes to the block.
It isn't long enough to get to the idle control motor bracket (12mm bolt), but it will reach the 14mm bolt on the alt/ac bracket. Does anybody know which is correct??
