desperate help with wiring harness!!!!! 200

I am trying to finish my wiring harness replacement project but have run into a minor (and kinda entertaining) snag. The car has been sitting awhile so when even before I started I figured I'd have to jump it. Finished wiring everything, took less time then I planned, and went to jump it with one of those self cotnained jumpstarter kits. Hooked up the cables and the jumpstarter has an on/off switch, turned it to on and the engine started to crank. This made me a bit uncomfortable so I didn't wait long enough to see if it would actually turn over. Can anyone please direct me towards where I crossed wires?
