Cold Start Problems - Winters coming 200 1989

Hi all,

It been starting to get colder now as were moving into winter here in Canada. I'm noticing it's getting harder to start my brick especially if its been sitting a day or two. The battery is a genuine volvo (2 years old) and it reads approx 11 volts when staring ( the guage reads a little past 12 when started). It cranks quite a while before starting hitting the gas hepls sometimes. It use to have hot start problems as well however they seem to have stopped since the weather has cooled (go figure).

Recent replacements include
- temp sensor
- in tank pump
- crank sensor
- check valve on main fuel pump
- used AMM

Any thoughts would be appreciated
