Clock Electrical Connections 1800 1970

My clock is not currently connected to my cars electrical system. The clock has two electrical contacts one above the other at the top of the clock. I have identified two wires which may have been connected to the clock (yellow and black). Yellow wire comes from wire harness. Black wire is connected to the fuel gauge. Can anyone describe stock connections?
