How do you change the tranny fluid on a 1987 740 GLE SEDAN A.T. ( FROM THE PAN) 700

Hello!

Does anyone know where you can drain the ATF from the pan on a 1987 Volvo 740 GLE sedan? I looked underneath to only find a small allen wrench type bolt to be towards the upper rear section of the tranny. What is the pan capacity? Also do i have the tranny opposite the bullet proof AW-70 series? If so what is the longevity of this tranny? The car only has a young 155,900 miles, and it has been taken care of very well. Should i have to drop the pan (metal screen filter?), can i just flush it out through the lines via the radiator, and also how many quarts of ATF are we talking? All of your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Best Regards.
