shifter (sometimes) clicks when set in PARK 200 1989

The auto tranny shifts fine, and I'm not really concerned about anything on it. But I was just curious if anyone has experienced or heard the clicking sound or know about it. Here's what happens. Sometimes when I set the car shifter in PARK and set the e-brakes up, the shifter would like click (but I don't see it move at all, or maybe it's a very light move that I don't notice). The shifter is not out of whack or anything, but what is that click I hear. I don't park it on any steep hills, so it's not a hill thing. But maybe it does it when I park on a "level" surface with maybe a very, very slight incline. I don't know. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
