“Deterrent” needed for errand tailgaters?

I like the strobe idea. It would be nice if it only affected a car space behind. So if they had been a reasonable distance back, they would not have had to deal with the strobe. I also like the sprayer idea.

Around here, it's pickup truck driving jerks that are the worst. They are not the most frequent, just the most aggressive. And it's not gender specific. In fact, women seem to be worse, which I find odd. An especially offensive make is the Pontiac, of course, especially the cheapo Sunfire model. I think these are actually propelled by stupidity.
