Thanks. I have been wiggling a lot of wires and also testing for shorts and open circuits which finally led me to the connector to the control unit. (I posted another message about this) You are absolutely right - turns out both the control units I have are fine. I am having a heck of a time finding an igniton wire harness , which has this connector on it- looks like I might be heading for the dealer - ouch, that will hurt my wallet! Karin
