Somebody like CVI, www.cvi-automotive.com will have the gaskets. Remember there is a variation on reverse gear. When the injection engine came in the M40/41 got uprated, you need the appropriate age donor. Either that or the mainshhaft assembly J type O/D will transplant into any age of M40 providing you the casing, input shaft, layshaft cluster and all the gears.
