think I will put 205/15 tires on my 240 turbo rims 200 1989

Thanks for the input and info guys on my last post about tire recommendation for 15" 240 turbo rims. It looks like many people have the 195/60/15 set up. But I've noticed that the price difference between 195 and 205 tires is very small. Since the wider the tires, the more ground contact there is. Can the rims fit 205? Or should I stick with stock 195? If I go for 205, should I go for 60 or 65? So, here are my options:

205/60/15
or <-----WHICH ONE?
205/65/15

Also, I heard that taking off and putting on tires is a pain in the butt on these turbo rims. Is that true? I don't want some monkeys messing up the rims! I don't think I will take them to GoodYear Tires--bunch of monkeys there! Maybe one day I'll vent my story.
