Good machine shops in the metro DC area 200 1984

I'm getting ready to do some headwork to my 242 turbo. I was wondering if anyone in the DC metro area knows of a good machine shop that does good work and is somewhat familiar with volvo's. Can the B21ft head be ported, and is it worthwhile? I want to mill the head also, what is the limit I can mill it to? Also is it possible to mill it to an 8.5-1 compression. My current mods are Unitek Phase 1, 2.5" turbo back exhaust, 14psi.
