Rusty Pistons 200

Hi, I've decided to strip down my spare B21E engine. I've pulled it as per the Haynes down to only the pistons and connecting rods being in the cylinders. Everything else is gone. Problem: The head was taken off this block and water has sat in the cylinders for several months. Now I want to tap these pistons out, they are stuck (i assume) by the rusty formations aroudn the edge of the piston. Any ideas on how I can get these pistons out(with minimal damage)?? Is there any specific procedure for engines that have been seized as this is very similar? Thanks for your time,
