very faint squeak from heater fan while accelerating? 700 1990

what would cause this? it's so faint that it's barely imperceptible. as far as i can tell, the fan works perfectly fine, blows strong, etc. when i pull away from a dead stop or i make a right hand turn (not sure if the left one does it...) i hear a very faint sound. shutting off my fan on my climate control (it is not ACC) eliminates it.

what is the relationship of that fan to me accelerating? also, it only does it when it's cold. i recall that sound last winter as well. :)

thanks.
