headlamp issue 200

I just remembered my headlight problem. While driving around to put a little bit of a charge on the battery earlier this evening I noticed that my rt headlight was out and the bulb out idiot light was on. I checked the brites and they worked fine and since I was going to the autoparts store to buy fuses, I wasn't worried about it. About half way to the autoparts store I noticed the idiot light had turned off and the headlight had turned on. I'm under the impression that this is far from unheard of on these cars but don't recall if there was an easy fix. I just replaced the engine wiring harness and really don't wish to replace the headlight wiring now. I am planning on swapping all of my fuses this weekend and wire brushing the fuse holders, assuming that doesn't help my headlight problem, what's involved in this repair?

AAAHHHHHH!
