What should one pay? 700

Cars like that with verifiable miles and in excellent condition can really bring bucks. Look it up at kbb.com and see what they say. That is probably a good indication of what the car will bring. If the seller isn't flooded with offers, though, you might get a deal.

I still usually see that a car that shows really well, esp with low miles, brings top dollar. If you're pretty sure that the car is legit, it is probably worth the money. The only thing is, sometimes low mileage cars like that are start-and-stop cars, which means that they have more than 51k worth of wear on them. But if they're maintained by the book, it really isn't that bad. Just a couple of things to swing the price either way.
