late 240 oil leaks 200

recently bought a 92 240 auto wagon which to my horror drips engine oil! Our previous trusty 75 and current 84 244's are squeaky clean. So what could be the cause of this disgusting habit? Given the general unclean condition below, its hard to see the source without a wash. All is clean up top with no mess visible anywhere. I am wondering if something was changed in these later models (eg crankshaft seals type) which might be the fault. Any other experiences?
