Breakdown! Need your help in Baltimore! 200

Dammit! Wife driving '87 240 to (hopefully) its new home in Virginia is broken down on I-95 in the Baltimore area. She has AAA+ so anywhere in 100 miles is fine. It sounds to me like maybe the fuel pump is acting up. It was surging before it quit. So far fuses and quick checks on the side of the road haven't shown any problems.
Anyone got an idea where it should go for service in the greater Baltimore area? Any volunteers?
Appreciate any and all help!
