idle surge is back?!? 200 1983

WTF???? Getting aggravated now,after the TB cleaned,TPS set, base idle set, NEW IAC(ouch) starting to idle surge when first started up from cold.
Possible surge causes:
1. Vacumn leak - none
2. Dirty air filter - new
3. Fuel pump malfunction - good pressure
4. Leaking head gasket - nope
5. Timing belt - okay
6. Worn camshaft lobes - Don't think so

Plenty of smooth power after warmup, fairly new dist.cap,wires,plugs,ETC,ETC,ETC

Where can this cold idle surge be coming from???????
